love driving this car - when it's running. I've had nothing but problems with my new BMW 335i. I had a 330 before that and it was the same thing. I thought I would give BMW another try but I guess they just can't get things right. It's a very enjoyable car when it's running though. Also, the interior quality, while nice, is not up to par of the Mercedes C-class or the Lexus IS. I think I'll go with the car I should have gotten to begin with, the Lexus IS 350.

Pros: power,handling,good looks
Cons: manually changing into 2nd gear. nothing else

purchased the '07 coupe in january and picked it up in april. Test drove a salesmans coupe (only one available at the time) with premium package. The only option I wanted was the sport package and the 19 inch rims. I spent 3 1/2 months waiting, looking at pictures of this car on the internet and also magazines and let me tell you, nothing prepares you for when your brought out to see your new 335i coupe. The car is absolutely beautiful. I ordered the graphite with tan interior (leatherette), but looking at those tires filling up the wheel well finishes the car off perfectely.

The acceleration is awesome, with handling to go along with it. It really feels like it's on rails which gives you tremendous confidence going around corners at speed. The exhaust sounds great, the interior is finished clean and simple. For me this car is worth the extra thousands. It looks great and performs just like you'd expect a car like this to perform.

this is the best car i have ever owned. I had a 2002 mercedes c320, and i
just traded it in. this car has great performance , but for the price that you pay for it, it needs more. the interior is a great place to be in. The idrive system was confusing at first, but i got used to it in a couple of weeks. it is the best looking car for the price too. BUY THIS CAR.

I've owned the car for 30 days. It' as fast as a V-8 with fuel economy similar to the 190 HP 10 year old 3 series I owned before this one. The engine/transmission can be a little jerky in transition between low speed deceleration and acceleration, probably due to turbo spool up.

Still trying to figure out I-drive. It's complicated, the controls aren't intuitive, but it gives you a lot more control over the functions of the car, so it's a tradeoff.

The roof is low and the winshield slopes sharply. I find I hit my head on the sunshade if I move my head forward. I sit pretty far back, so it's not because I'm too close.

Ride quality is not what I expected. It's pretty harsh over even slightly broken/uneven pavement. Be sure you test drive over more than just smooth roads.

BMW design on this one got it right. The little details are terrific. The led light on the door handle when you unlock the car. Soft LED lighting of the door panels at night. Dash controls let you quickly adjust what you need to most.

Cupholders are the worst feature. Germans don't get them. Don't put your Starbucks in one or you'll likely spill it over the floor or your passenger.

HID lighting is terrific, especially when they swivel into a turn. It's a nice feature in our neighborhood which is pretty dark at night.

The only real problem is that the car is just too fast. You have little sense of speed. Acceleration is effortless and I'm finding that I have to slow down all the time.

Much better than the IS 350 or the G35 or CTS.

Fantastic performance and handling only approached by other makes like Infinity G 35. I like the position of the cupholders which have upset others. Surprisingly comfortable to drive over long distances. I had to be towed with puncture in run flat tire because too far from BMW dealer. Replacement cost and inability to repair these tires make them undesirable. Overall this car is near perfect. Hope mine continues to be reliable as other BMWs have been prone to electrical problems in the past. An exotic at a reasonable price. I have the 335i coupe not the 328i

Pros: Extremely powerful turbo yet retains reasonable mileage, outstanding road holding and handling
Cons: Should be able to opt out of run flat tires which cannot be repaired
